My stay at the resort spa was quite enjoyable overall. The exceptional service from the staff made a lasting impression, especially Manager Madam Diana Todorache's proactive assistance. The facilities, particularly the infinity pools, added a unique touch to my experience. However, I feel that a few areas, like internet connectivity and the temperature of the pool, could be improved.
